Mr. Bala Aiyaswamy, VP & Head of Talent Management at Reliance Industries interacted with the students of SIBM Pune while he visited the campus for Reliance Leadership Series -Aspire. He spoke about his journey at Reliance Industries which involved delivering customer values in action, carrying out expert mentorship, and entrepreneurship.

Mr. Aiyaswamy discussed on building relationships to drive a business towards success. He concluded the session by allowing the students to ponder over their career development cycle and gave them tips about career planning.
