What an amazing 2nd coincidence… !! A wonderful meeting with Dr. C. Jayakumar, CHRO, Larsen & Toubro Ltd., yesterday, and he also figured in the list of the top 50 Thought Leaders published by hashtag#ETHRWorld!!

L & T have indeed been one of SIBM Pune’s longest and most favorite corporate partners, and yesterday’s meeting was again to increase the already strong relationship between our 2 organizations… from some research that we will be carrying out for them, to Executive Development Programs, we discussed a multiple things to take the relationship forward. Our sincere thanks to Dr. CJK and his team for spending so much time with us…

As we seek to increase the already formidable Industry Academia connect that SIBM has with the corporate sector, we will also try to boost the exposure towards industry for our faculty members.. part of the outreach is indeed to get more inputs from our critical stakeholders, the recruiters, as to how we can make our MBA programs more robust and contemporary, in line with current and expected changes in future in the corporate world, so that our students are fully equipped to handle their roles both in their summer internships and post their final placements…. this is of course a continuous process !!

We are absolutely delighted by the way our corporate partners, and especially our Alumni have responded to us… I am sure that we will be able to restructure our offerings and make them absolutely cutting edge!!
