As we step into the digital age, the role of hashtag#HR is going to see a sea change. I am happy to inform you that I have been invited to join as a Panelist by CII for a panel session on “Future-Proofing HR: Skills and Competencies”. This session is scheduled on 12 April 2024 at The Orchid Hotel, Mumbai. This session is a part of a conclave focusing on Navigating the Future of HR in the Digital Era, organized by CII.

It is indeed a pleasure to be invited with so many dignitaries to share my thoughts on the topic, one which is also very relevant for B School students, along with profesionals.

I look forward to interacting with the stalwarts from the corporate sector, and hope to have a few good takeaways from the conclave for our students!
