It is really a great coincidence, that whenever I mention our illustrious alumnus, Ms. Aarti Srivastava, 2 things happen at the same time!! Last time, two of our illustrious alumni, Ms. Archana Shiroor , batch of 1989-91, CHRO, Yes Bank and Ms. Aarti Srivastava, batch of 2001-03, CHRO, Capgemini India, were featured in the list of Most Influential Women by hashtag#BWPeople ( hashtag#BWMostInfluentialWomen ) !!

Today, we had the pleasure of meeting Ms Aarti in her office. We had a wonderful discussion on topics of mutual interest and engagement, and true to precedent, as a second thing, later in the day, we received the news of her being selected as one of the top 50 HR Thought Leaders in India by hashtag#ETHRWorld !

This is indeed something to be proud of, getting selected for 2 such prestigious awards back to back! Our Heartiest Congratulations to Ms. Aarti, and we wish her many more successes and laurels in her career! Our Alumni have indeed done SIBM Pune proud, and their involvement with their Alma Mater is indeed awesome!!
