Had an outstanding day at the CII HR- IR Conference today in Mumbai, with the theme Navigating the Future of HR in the Digital Age….

With multiple sub themes, and a stellar list of speakers and participants, it was indeed a treat to listen to them all… was also privileged to be a part of an interesting panel discussion on “Future Proofng HR in the Digital Era” with Ryan Lowe Partner E & Y, as the moderator, and Ms. Archana Shiroor, CHRO Yes Bank, Ms. Sudakshina Bhattacharya, CPCC, PCC, President and CHRO, HDFC Ergo Life Insurance, Mr. Sudipto Marjit , CHRO, Tata Auto Comp, as my co- panelists… We had a lively and engaging discussion, appreciated by all!

Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune was the 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫 for the Conference, and our senior faculty member Dr Deepika Pandita was on the jury for selecting the three winners of the Best HR – IR Practice awards given by CII today… our sincere thanks to Dr. C. Jayakumar, EVP and CHRO, Larsen & Toubro, and Mr. Anupam Sirbhaiya, CHRO, Bajaj Finserv, along with their Teams, for involving SIBM Pune in this prestigious event.. thanks also to Confederation of Indian Industry and the CII Secretariat for their efforts… thanks also to Dr. Madhura Bedarkar, Deputy Director ( Admin), SiBM Pune, for attending the same with us today!!
