I am delighted to share with all of you that Ms Neha Jain, SIBM Pune Alumna from the Batch of 2004 has joined GSK Pharmaceuticals as Human Resources Generalist.

GlaxoSmithKline plc is a British multinational pharmaceutical company headquartered in Brentford, London- Established in 2000 by a merger of Glaxo Wellcome and SmithKline Beecham.  The turn over of GSK Pharmaceuticals is over ₹3000 crores and over 3000 people work in their advanced manufacturing facilities, offices and field across India to ensure that healthcare solutions reach patients in need.

Ms. Neha Jain will be leading the HR Business Partner function for Vaccines, CEP, Medical & Regulatory. Prior to this, she was the Vice President HR at Barclays Investment Bank. Ms Neha Jain has 15 years of prolific experience in the HR domain, in both the generalist space and multiple specialist groups within HR including Change Management, Diversity & Inclusion, Campus Engagement, Talent Management, HR Strategy and Compensation & Benefits.
