Mr Gautam Kumar an alumnus of SIBM Pune ( Batch of 2002) is now the CHRO & Director Human Resources at SKF Group.
SKF is a leading bearing and seal manufacturing company founded in Gothenburg, Sweden.
The company manufactures and supplies bearings, seals, lubrication and lubrication systems, maintenance products, mechatronics products, power transmission products, condition monitoring systems and related services globally. Prior to this assignment Mr.Gautam  Kumar was Director Human Resources, Emerging Asia and leading critical assignments and projects across Emerging Asia countries at Baxter.
