SIBM Pune was proud to host Mr. Anit Singh, Group Head, Corporate Functions HR, TATA Power, who delivered a guest lecture on the topic, Practical Aspects of Industrial Relations and Succession Management.

Mr. Singh shared his views about the rising collectivism that is leading to IR issues across India and its future. He also spoke about the influence that the contractual workforce is having on these issues.
