The MBA (Innovation & Entrepreneurship) students at SIBM Pune had an opportunity to interact with Mr. Rakesh Rajendran – an entrepreneur managing an award-winning QSR chain – Village Kitchen.

Mr. Rajendran has over 18 years of experience in the organized retail industry in the United States of America  & India. Students got valuable insights on retail and hospitality industry. He shared his experience from his own business venture and gave some insights into various disruptions that came along in ‘scalable food delivery systems’ in the country.

Mr. Rajendran along with Dr.Preetha Menon – the faculty in-charge at SIBM, Pune, have plans to  design a live case study (based on his venture) for the students.
