The iconic wall of SIBM Pune, and the steps the lucky selected students for both our programs, MBA and MBA ( I & E ) will climb, to enter the portals of SIBM Pune.

Interacting with the potential candidates yesterday, I was asked a question, why does SIBM have only these many seats in its programs, when most other B Schools have a batch size of so much more ….. obviously more students get a chance of admission….. my answer was very simple. we focus on quality, not quantity! And the results are there to see…. at a time when quite a few reputed B Schools are struggling to place their students, even for the summer internships, SIBM Pune closed SIPs placements more than 3 months back, and final placements more than a month back…

Our effort has always been to make our students relevant and contemporary, and boosting their employability quotient through a proper “diet” of hard and soft skills… A rigorous program structure, the focus on conceptual clarity, the willingness to go that extra mile, and the experience that they get from being part of our Student Councils, not only toughens them up, but makes them fully prepared to start delivering value from Day 1 of their careers… something that has been deeply appreciated by the corporate world!

I am sure the aspirants would have noticed the absolutely professional way in which our students from The Aspirant Relations Team, ART, have been fully involved in the conduct of the admissions, selflessly commencing the backend work since early morning, and indefatigably working till late evening….And so fully supported by all our student Councils.. even the Placement Advisory Team, PAT, who have done a magnificent job this year in spite of the uncertain circumstances… are fully involved in assisting in the admissions process……so proud of all my students!!

There is never any reason to ask our students, ” How’s the Josh?’…. it is always high!!
