Mr. Chakraborty taught students the right way to approach any logistics problem in a structured manner. He discussed how to Define, Measure, and Analyze a problem, along with various tools used in resolving challenges. During the discussion, he touched upon the importance of inputs, cross-docking, waste reduction, transportation, and warehouse management. Additionally, he discussed the growing trends in logistics.
