Research proposals was invited by  the Symbiosis Centre for Research and Innovation (SCRI)  for minor research projects with an aim to institutionalize research activities and promote excellence in research by providing financial support.

SCRI aims to foster a culture of research in the University and its foundation is on the firm belief that fundamental responsibility of any organization is to stay connected with the community by the way of understanding its major issues and problems and suggest means to resolve them.

SCRI received the proposals and the proposals went through a double blind review  process by external experts.  Based on the recommendations and in accordance with the guidelines, the Symbiosis International University has approved SCRI to sanction an amount of Rs. 1, 50,000/ for the research proposal titled “ Predictive Analytics to Analyze Email Patterns for Predicting Employee Attrition.” submitted by Dr. R. Raman, Director, Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and Prof.Sandeep Bhattacharya, Full time Adjunct Faculty  at SIBM, Pune
