Based on overwhelming feedback received from Corporate, SIBM Pune is launching an MBA (Leadership and Strategy). The first intake would be from the academic year 2020 and SNAP score ( followed by GE-PI-WAT process) will be mandatory for entry into the program. The programme will be offered from the Lavale campus in Pune.
This programme aims to provide a high impact, life transformational and customized learning experience and create visionary leaders for the corporate world. The programme will take the participants on a journey to explore the best global management practices to build for themselves a sustainable long term strategic advantage. This programme will be offered at the uniquely designed “Sandipani Leadership Centre” having world class facilities.
The focus of this programme would be on:
a. Developing skills and knowledge needed for leading and managing teams.
b. Developing skills and knowledge needed for crafting strategies for organisations to help them achieve pole vaulting growth.
c. Developing skills and knowledge to leverage technology for driving business process
d. Help organisations (including family management business houses) to create a pool of highly competent future leaders.
The participants to this two year fully residential MBA (Leadership and Strategy) programme are expected to come from different domains and with mandatory work experience of four years. The programme will be distinctly different as it will comprise a peer group of only experienced participants aiming to provide a boost to their corporate careers and in the process facilitating a great environment of peer to peer learning. The pedagogy, will match that of a global business school to provide the participants with a cutting edge to succeed in the corporate career ahead. A case based approach will be adopted for 70% of the courses and 30% of courses will be offered in an experiential / blended / classroom lectures mode and all course assessment will be fully internal. Placement assistance will be given to all eligible participants of the programme.
The eligilbity to apply for MBA(Leadership and Strategy) program would be graduation from any recognized University/ Institution of National Importance with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade (45% marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste /Scheduled Tribes) at graduation level and minimum full-time work experience of 4 years (48 months) after graduation as of 31st May 2020 (43 months of work experience as of 31 Dec 2019)
The programme is full time and residential and 4 star hostel accommodation which has been recently created would be provided to participants. Options to choose a suite or a family accommodation or a twin sharing accommodation would be given to the participants selected for the programme. The pictures below gives the glimpse of the campus.
