It was absolutely wonderful to meet Dr. C. Jayakumar, CHRO, L & T Ltd., and an old friend of so many years, along with my colleague, Dr Deepika Pandita, in his office today…

We held wide-ranging talks from Management Development Programs, specifically the EDPs that we commenced with L & T in 2007… to many other initiatives and engagements that could drive together…

This relationship between SIBM Pune and L & T goes back more than 17 years and has continued to flourish… As stated above, apart from the MDPs, we also talked about customizing some more programs for L & T Ltd., and also discussed how they could help mentor students… one more area of common interest is conducting research for L & T Ltd., on some specific areas in which SIBM has proficiency and expertise, and how soon we can start this activity…

It is such a pleasure to deal with such a professional organization, and with people like Dr Jayakumar, who can definitely be called ” a professional and thorough gentleman “!! Thank you Sir, for spending so much time with us today, and we look forward to further strengthening the already strong bonds between our 2 organizations!!
