Well, we gave them sunshine, but unfortunately no rain today 😀 !! SIBM Pune faculty and staff got a wonderful chance to grow young today, thanks to a super session of yoga and games conducted by the Symbiosis Centre of Yoga ( SCY ) and the Department of Sports Recreation and Wellness of SIU… the glow on our faculty and staff’s faces post the session was so apparent!!

SIU prides itself on being a health promoting University… this is just one of the several initiatives taken by the University to maintain both the physical and mental health of our staff… our faculty, staff, and students get excellent support both from our Symbiosis University Hospital and Research Center ( SUHRC ) and the Symbiosis Center for Emotional Well Being ( SCEW )… something that should greatly reassure the incoming students that their health will be well taken care of, here on campus…. I am sure that they and their parents’ minds will be at rest after knowing about all this!!

The University main campus at Lavale, where SIBM is located has outstanding facilities for sports and recreation.. from an excellent swimming pool, to squash and badminton courts, all indoor games, a superb multi-purpose ground, a wonderful gym, yoga, zumba… etc etc etc…. we want our students to be not just academically very good but “fit to compete” with the best students in the country.. and I have every expectation that they will be … that’s what SIBM Pune does to you!!
