When Gaurav Bakshi and Sapan Shrimal graduated from SIBM, Pune in 2004. Over the years, Gaurav led key HR assignments for leading organisations in the FMCG, Retail and Financial Services Industry amidst varied maturity & complexity, while Sapan moved into the field of entrepreneurship & life coaching after a successful career in strategy & finance.

After 10 years, these two talented Alumni of SIBM, Pune dwelled on and realized the challenges in finding or engaging with HR service providers, in an otherwise fast paced transforming HR industry. Post a few months of intense deliberations ‘Strat-Board’ was born, with the vision of changing the way in which HR Services Industry works in this country. Strat-Board is a first of its kind, dynamic and growing community of HR Service Providers, serving the full spectrum of HR requirements.

Strat-Board enables HR professionals to find credible service providers for the full spectrum of their HR requirements, and aims to be the preferred gateway to HR Services! In a big move, Strat-Board recently partnered with SHRM India, to serve as the ‘Vendor Community Platform’ for SHRM Members in the Country – the launch happened at the recently concluded SHRM Tech ’16, one of the biggest Tech HR conferences in India.

On behalf of SIBM, Pune  and the alumni fraternity, I congratulate both Gaurav and Sapan for bringing this to life and wish them great luck in creating a meaningful difference to the lives of HR professionals across the Country.
