Godrej Loud at SIBM

Godrej Industries Limited and Associate Companies (GILAC) was at SIBM, Pune with the fourth edition of its Godrej LOUD (Live Out Ur Dream) programme, its alternative to hiring through a standard summer process on campus. The Godrej LOUD team visits 12 campuses ( SIBM, Pune is one of them) to find creative first year students.

Godrej LOUD is a platform to help young and talented students realize their personal dreams which had been shelved due to career or sponsorship constraints. Winners get sponsorship and mentoring support from the company, as well as a pre-placement summer offer. Mr Sunil Kataria, business head, India and Saarc, Godrej Consumer Products, Mr.Parmesh Shahani, Head, Godrej India Culture Lab and Ms.Sunita Devrani from Godraj Industries along with the globally recognised media scholar Prof. Henry Jenkins were at SIBM, Pune during the event.

Pradyumna Venkat Rallapali and Saurabh Gaur from 1st year MBA , Marketing were the campus winners from SIBM, Pune and they will now compete with the other 12 teams.

The 2014 winner of Godrej Loud – Mr.Amrit Singh- was from SIBM, Pune and I am hopeful that the final winners of Godrej Loud would be from SIBM, Pune year too!
