A tale of 2 CHROs!!
Had the absolute pleasure of meeting two very distinguished alumni of Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune… Ms. Nitu Bhushan, who has very recently taken over as CHRO of Nestlé, whom I met last week, and Mr. P M Srinivas, who has very recently taken over as Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Britannia Industries Limited, whom I met today!
Not just amazing professionals, they are wonderful human beings, and their amazing journeys are a testament to their incredible efforts over a period of time, as well as their achievements! It certainly does make one feel so proud of our alumni, who have contributed so much to their organizations and also to their Alma Mater, SIBM Pune !
The bond between SIBM Pune alumni, which is already strong, continues to grow stronger by the day! We wish them even greater success in the coming years!
