What an incredible day we had today!!
The morning opened with a session by Dr Ravi Kumar, our Deputy Director (Academics) who briefed the students on the academic processes at SIBM Pune, and presented a detailed road map for the next 2 years to our incoming batch..
That was followed by an incredible session by Ms. Sheetal Sharma, Associate Director, People and Culture, Grant Thornton Bharat LLP, on what corporates actually expect from MBA students… in her own inimitable way, she really got students in the right frame of mind on what to do in their MBA program…
At the same time, we had our own faculty members, including our Deputy Director ( Admin ), Dr. Madhura Bedarkar, and our faculty who look after this program….engaging our MBA ( I & E ) students on what our expectations are from them…
This was followed by an excellent session on Gender sensitization, including POSH, by Dr. Shashikala Gurpur, Director, SLS Pune and Dean, Faculty of Law, SIU for our students… this is extremely important for all our students…
I am sure that all our students will have benefitted from these sessions… and these will continue… picture abhi baki hai, mere dost…!! 😀
