Sanjay is an outstanding professional, with over 34 years of experience working in diverse consumer facing businesses ranging from FMCG to service industries such as hotels, restaurants, fitness clubs & family entertainment centres. He has led Unilever’s operations in Central and Eastern Europe. Before his stint in Europe, he spent 23 years across Unilever, Colgate Palmolive and Lakme, and till recently, was an independent Director at Marico.
We had specially invited him to conduct a workshop for our 1st year Marketing specialization students, to prepare them for their summer internships, and I am sure we could not have had a better person to talk to them about it! We also spent some time reminiscing about old friends and connections in Unilever, especially those who were there when I led the intense intervention for HUL distributors, which we had named U’n’Iversity, and when he was Executive Director ( Sales ) at HUL at the time…
I am sure all the students benefitted immensely from the workshop today, and I am sure it will help them in their SIRP… our sincere thanks to Sanjay for taking out the time today for our students! Really appreciate it!!
