The Internal Induction Program of SIBM Pune got off to a superb start today, with students of both the incoming batches, MBA and MBA ( Innovation and Entrepreneurship) and quite a few parents in attendance…

We had 4 very distinguished guests who graced the occasion and shared their valuable thoughts with the students..

I am sure our incoming students got excellent life lessons from them! The next few days are full of activities for them… from outbound to psychometric assessments to more interactions with corporate leaders and senior alumni, and a whole lot of other things…. a packed schedule indeed!! We have almost 22 corporate leaders who will be sharing insights with the students in the enxt few days….a taste of things to come in the next 2 years!! Thee excitement in the students was so visible… I am sure our faculty and staff are also happy that things are back to normal… a campus without students is so empty!!

For me, personally, it was wonderful to have students who I have been meeting online through Guftagu for the last few months, offline finally… nothing actually is better than having students back on campus!! Looking forward to spending the next 2 years very productively with them!
