The calm before the storm? The campus is back to it’s green glory after a little bit of rain.. and the weather has really improved! Hope that it just stays that way!
Speaking of storms, what we have been seeing here are storms of activities… so many that it has become difficult to even talk about, leave alone write about them! But that is SIBM Pune! MDPs, new client acquisitions, renewal of ties with our old partners like L & T Ltd., research, publications, new program approvals in process, new partnerships being forged, preparations for welcoming the incoming batch, new VACs ( value added courses ) being worked out… new faculty demos…phew ????!!!
I was also privileged to be invited as a special invitee by CII for the Annual Business Summit in Delhi, and also had a good meeting with the National Foundation for Corporate Governance (NFCG) ( a PPP between the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India , The Institute of Company Secretaries of India , IICA India and Confederation of Indian Industry )… we are now exploring a partnership where, apart from the proposals that we have submitted to them, we will be a resource for lecture sessions for senior persons from MCA, IBBI, NFRA, and industry… exciting times lie ahead!!
It is truly said, SIBM Pune never sleeps!! We are now looking forward to our students coming on campus… and life will even more busy!… But as we say here… the busier, the merrier!!
