SIBM Pune recently concluded an exciting Executive Leadership program for 30+ senior managers of Yokohama Off Highway Tyres…
It was indeed an engaging program, spread over 2 phases, carefully designed for maximum impact.. what I loved was that all the modules were given sufficient time, to enable in depth knowledge transfer…. I am sure the managers, who had mostly 20 years plus of experience, enjoyed the sessions as much as we enjoyed conducting them!
At SIBM, we do not believe in conducting MDPs for the sake of conducting MDPs… we strongly believe in adding value to our clients… and this has indeed stood us in good stead all these years.. with clients ( who have actually become almost partners now ) remaining with us for years on end… one indication of what a premier B School should be doing… ensuring that apart from our students, we build the capability of our corporate partners, who are key stakeholders! Now we are looking forward to the arrival of our incoming batch… students will start arriving from the 1st of June…. will be wonderful to have students back on campus!!
