I am happy to share that Mr. Paneesh Rao, Alumnus of SIBM Pune from the Batch of 1989, is now the Chief People Officer @ Mindtree .

Mr Rao was previously the Chief Human Resources Officer at L&T Technology Services Limited. He is a seasoned HR professional with over 30 years of experience in managing the HR function across industry verticals such as manufacturing, consulting, IT and BPO in multiple geographies.
