5 Startups from SIBM Pune win accolades – Cash prize of two lakh seventy five thousand won

The Innovation Club of Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune organized, ‘Seed Camp 2018’, an exclusive platform for the students of MBA in I&E to pitch their business plan to industry experts.

In the final round, the 13 shortlisted teams presented their ideas in a closed set-up on the 15th of October, 2018 at SIBM Pune, Lavale Campus.

The Top Five ideas received cash prizes of Rs. 2,75,000.

SIBM Pune hosted Mr. Puru Gupta Gupta, Co-Founder and CEO, True Elements and Mr. Umesh Kudalkar, Director, Multi-Act and also an Investor, Fund Manager and Strategy Adviser as panelists.

The five teams who aced the event were-

First Prize- Deepak Digga, Founder, LogiCom (Logistics vertical)

Second Prize- Aparna Swamy, Akanksha Singh and Ishita Agarwal, Founders, Xperience360 (Customer Experience vertical)

Third Prize- Raman C V, Founder, Bhakte (Religious Practices vertical)

Fourth Prize- Shardul Sawant, Founder, RangePlus Networks (Telecommunication vertical)

Fifth Prize- Manan Jambusaria, Founder, Ignite (EdTech vertical)
