In yet another insightful Lumière Guest Lecture organized by the Research and Scholastic Development team of SIBM Pune, we welcomed Mr. Rajan Kasture, Leadership Assessment and OD Consultant at L & T on campus.
Mr. Kasture is an SIBM Pune alumnus from the Batch of 1998. Through an informative presentation and a series of activities, Mr. Kasture enlightened the students on different aspects of talent management and leadership assessment techniques.
