Mr. Indraneel Chitale – An experienced fourth generation partner with Chitale Bandhu @ SIBM Pune

Innovation Club, SIBM Pune hosted Mr. Indraneel Chitale, an experienced fourth generation partner with Chitale Bandhu, for Maverick Series 2018.

Mr Indraneel who is an engineer by qualification is now the young scion and is at the helm of the group’s activities. He had an interactive session with students on, ‘Strategic Leadership Excellence’, where he discussed his journey in an established family business and also stressed on the importance of succession planning in family owned businesses. He spoke in depth about leading with vision, inspiration and integrity and its importance for budding entrepreneurs.
