Mr. Debashis Patnaik, delivered an enlightening session on Globalization & Leadership. He also spoke about how HR is extremely important in everyday affairs of management. He threw light on the merger their organization was getting into. It was a very practical experience sharing session. He gave a global perspective in all the things he talked about.
