HelpUsGreen, which converts flowers and offerings collected from religious places into a biodegradable alternative to thermacol and incense sticks, received the UN Young Leaders Award at the UN General Assembly in New York yesterday.

http://www.helpusgreen.com is a venture by SIBM, Pune PGDICE alumni Mr.Ankit Agarwal and Karan Rastogi, who completed their PG Diploma in Innovation and Corporate Entrepreneurship. This venture was born when the professor gave them an assignment as a part and parcel of the course work!

Thier story was also covered in my previous blog https://blog.sibmpune.edu.in/venture-by-sibm-pune-pgdice-alumni/

SIBM Pune did not have the incubation facility while Mr.Ankit Agarwal and Karan Rastogi, created their startup. Tata Trusts & IIT Kanpur have backed their startup “HelpUsGreen” which has now received UN Young Leaders Award
