Corporate are converting interns to full-time employees through Pre-Placement Offers!

Even before the final placement process starts more than one third of the MBA ( 2016-2018) batch at SIBM Pune has been placed via the Pre-Placement Offers (PPO) route.

The summer internship program at SIBM Pune is mandatory for all the students pursuing their MBA . The summer internship program is scheduled at the end of first year. During the summer internship students get a first hand experience of real world management challenges across verticals. The organizations get an opportunity to observe the student’s performance over a period of two months, when a holistic assessment of the candidates becomes possible.

Converting interns to full-time employees through PPO is a trend adopted by organizations. This year more than one third of the MBA ( 2016-2018) batch at SIBM Pue has been placed via the PPO route !!
