Nestlé Ingenium and 4Ps Challenger – Campus Round @ SIBM Pune

The campus round of Nestlé Ingenium was conducted on the 28th September 2017 at the SIBM Pune campus. Nestlé Ingenium, Season 6, is a case study competition for Human Resource students from top management institutes across India. The panelists for the campus round were Mrs. Harshita Chaudhary, Talent Acquisition Manager, Nestlé India Ltd. and Ms. Aparajita Mishra, Assistant Manager – Human Resources, Nestlé India Ltd.

Four teams were selected to present their solutions for the employee relations based problem mentioned in the case study. The participants had to utilize various human resource principles, tweaked to tackle modern-day issues, specifically pertaining to this challenge. Through weeks of diligent preparation prior to this round, the team ‘Three Eyed Raven’ encompassing, Abhineet Tyagi, Sohana Kamath, and Purba Das were declared the winners.

 

Focusing on the Marketing front, the campus round of the 4Ps Challenger, a marketing-based case study competition organized by Nestlé, was held at SIBM Pune on the 6th October, 2017. The challenge this year revolved around Nestlé’s ‘Ceregrow’, a nutrient dense cereal. The panel of judges for this round comprised of Mr. Ameya Ingle, Senior Brand Manager, Baby Foods, Nestlé India Ltd. and Ms. Devina Sial, HR Business Partner, Nestlé India Ltd.

The teams provided specifics about their digital plan, citing the importance of understanding customers, roles played by influencers and purchase triggers in the baby food segment. The teams also displayed their TVC’s as part of the submission, using creative yet informational techniques.

The judges appreciated the presentations put forth by all the campus finalists, and acknowledged the effort put in by all the participant teams. After a huge round of applause , ‘A Team Has No Name’, comprising of Pooja Mohta, Preet Mehta, and Saakshi Kothari, was declared the winner of the campus round of the Nestlé 4Ps Challenger.
