Mr Amit Narain, Head of HR, Nestlé India Limited and an SIBM Pune Alumnus interacted with the MBA students at SIBM Pune Lavale Campus.
The session curated around ‘Enhancing Quality of Life and Contributing to a Healthier Future’ – the Nestlé way. Mr Amit Narain, has been in leadership positions at Nestlé for 13 years working through a series of increasingly broader assignments across India and the globe. He also spearheaded the HR partnership during the comeback of Maggi.
Mr. Narain spoke on employee engagement, multi-skilling their workforce, investing in the employee retention strategy, blue collar management, etc .
