Mohit James an SIBM Pune alumnus moves up into a global role as South Asia HR Director for L’Oréal

I am delighted to share that Mohit James an SIBM Pune alumnus of 1994 batch had a six year stint as the HR Director for L’Oréal India, and is now moving up into a global role as South Asia HR Director for L’Oréal and APAC for L’Oréal’s Professional Products & Active Cosmetics Divisions.

James also joins an important position for L’Oréal globally, and with his 23 +years of HR experience across Consumer, Manufacturing and IT organisations he created and managed initiatives including the Management Trainee program, Employer Branding, Rewards Competitiveness, Gender Diversity Inclusion and Recognition programs.
