Mr. Vikas Khokha, Director Human Resources, Zimmer Biomet, India interacted with 1st year MBA students of HR specialisation at SIBM Pune and delivered an interactive session on the changing face of Human Resource Management in the contemporary world and how HR as a profession has metamorphosed to a business strategy role rather than an operational job.

Mr. Khokha, during his interaction, spoke about workforce planning and the changes which the contemporary HR professions are facing in term of talent engagement and retention.  Mr. Vikas Khokha ended the session with an interactive case study which dealt with real-life business scenarios.
