On 28th October 2017, SIBM Pune, hosted the campus round of Steel-a-thon Season 3, a case study competition by Tata Steel.This competition gives students the opportunity to experience and work on diverse & real life cross-functional challenges in addition to get an opportunity to seek mentorship by the senior management at Tata Steel.

Mr. Satyajit Mallick, Chief Sales Manager Branded Products & Retail Services, Western Region, Mr. N P Venkataraman – Chief Automotive and Special Products, Western Region, Mr. Manish Kr – Senior Manager HRM, Talent Management, and Mr. Priyank Nalin, Manager Business Development SRS were a the panel of judges.

Team ‘Valyrian Steel’ was declared as the winners of Tata Steel-a-thon Season 3, and Team “Akatsuki100” were announced as the runners-up.
