SIBM Pune hosted Mr. Rohit Shenoy, Leader – Organization and Talent Development at Sterlite Power and Mr. Ajit Kamath for a session on Facilitative Leadership under the International Association of Facilitators.
Mr. Shenoy elaborated the dimensions of success as process, results and relationships. The students brainstormed about the pros and cons of the same and zeroed down on the dependency and importance of each.
Mr. Kamath highlighted the importance of acknowledgement and being an empathetic and good listener to make a good leader.
