Vitarka – HR and IR Club -SIBM Pune organized yatHRa – a factory visit where MBA 2 – HR batch had a very interactive and insightful visit to ITC Ranjangaon – ITD Division.

The session included interaction with Mr. Manoj Shukla, Branch Manager (Factory Head, Pune) at ITC Limited, an experience sharing workshop about employee relationship with Ms. Pallavi Sandhu, Assistant Human Resource Manager at ITC Limited and Mr. Manu S Varma, Human Resource Manager at ITC Limited.

Towards the end, an on the spot case study – role play was conducted which saw enthusiastic participation from the students of SIBM Pune.
