SIBM Pune hosted Ms. Anupama Kaul and Mr. Abhishek Nair from Cummins India Ltd as a part of the Corporate Interface Team’s Imperio 2016. Imperio is a series of guest lectures aimed at providing opportunities for students to interact with stalwarts from the corporate world.

Ms. Anupama Kaul delivered a session on ‘Talent Management’. She spoke on the talent management practices followed at  Cummins India, which provided valuable insight to the students. The speaker emphasized on the importance of potential assessment in talent management.  The session was highly interactive with active participation by SIBM Pune students
