“Ajeeb dastan hai ye, kaha shuru kaha khatam”.
When I thought about writing this blog I was really confused as towhat to write, and was looking for an inspiration. After a lot of contemplation I ended up finding one. Aaj laga ki jab engineering me laga tha ki “yaha kya kar rahe hai?” and had decided ki let’s do MBA was the right decision.
So, it all started about a year back when the thought of doing an MBA first struck me, and I started my preparations and after a yearlong of struggling with grammar finally came the CAT’s and the SNAP’s, the wait was finally over.
Results came and to my pleasure I had converted one of the premiere B-Schools of India SIBM Pune, but then again I had this inhibition “ki yaar mai to fresher hoon, what will I do amongst so many experienced people”…
Time to join was closing in and so was my anxiety. 3rd June came, first day in college and I am lost, but the suddenly next day they come with this amazing group activity and suddenly it felt I belonged to this place, good times lie ahead.
Now I look back at these 18 days seems like it’s been so long, so much have we done in the smallest time possible, and haven’t we found a new home?
I leave you with this thought.
“No, this is not the beginning of a new chapter in my life; this is the beginning of a new book! That first book is already closed, ended, and tossed into the seas; this new book is newly opened, has just begun! Look, it is the first page! And it is a beautiful one!”
