SIBM Pune was a proud host to the launch of the 5th Season of Reliance – T.U.P – The Ultimate Pitch. We were privileged to have among us Mr. G. R. Venkatesh, Chief Human Resource Officer, Reliance Retail Limited and Ms. Aarti Jhingon, Head – Employer Branding & Campus Resourcing, Corporate HR, Reliance Industries Limited (RIL).

Through a fun and interactive exercise of passing the parcel, the incumbent batch was introduced to the core belief of the competition of “Thinking outside the box”. Mr. Venkatesh shared how the organization has gone beyond adversities, convention, convenience and possibilities in each of its initiatives. Ms. Jhingon elaborated on the nuances of the competition and encouraged the students to come up with inclusive, incredible and inspiring ideas.
