Dr Rakesh Niraj, Associate Professor at Weatherhead School of Management, Cleveland, Ohio, USA, was at SIBM Pune to teach ‘Customer Analytics’.

Dr Rakesh Niraj, is the marketing area coordinator and also the co-director  business analytics program at  Weatherhead School of Management. He is also the director of undergraduate marketing programs. He was awarded  the Weatherhead Graduate Teaching Award in  2013 and Weatherhead Undergraduate Teaching Award in  2014.

Dr Niraj, is in the editorial board of The Journal of Marketing (2007-08); and the Journal of Business Research (2015-2016). He is also a reviewer for Marketing Science, Journal of Marketing, Journal of Marketing Research, Management Science, Decision Sciences Journal, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Retailing, Marketing Letters, Production and Operations Management and AMA Dissertation competition .

He completed the course at SIBM Pune on 10th Aug 2016. The students enjoyed the session on Customer Profitability and Customer Analytics. The marketing students of SIBM Pune immensely benefited from the sessions and it was a great learning experience and value add for them.
