SIBM Pune was delighted to host Mr. Ravindra Rajhans as part of OpsTalk, a guest session organized by special interest group, Opcellence. Mr. Rajhans currently works as a consultant and has conducted lectures at IIT Bombay, St. Bonaventure University, USA etc. Prior to this he held the position of GM, Cab Body Design (BIW & Trims) at Tata Motors Ltd.
Through a series of examples from the industry, Mr. Rajhans elucidated on the concept of new product development and management. He emphasized on the interdependence of people, process and project in design management.
