Godrej LOUD (Live Out Ur Dream), is a platform to help young and talented students to realize their personal dreams, which were shelved due to career or sponsorship constraints

From the 2300 aspirants, 14 passionate young dreamers were selected for a chance to live out their dreams. The 14 selected passionate young dreamers showcased their dreams to a panel of senior Godrej leaders comprising Nisaba Godrej, Executive Director, Godrej Consumer Products; Vivek Gambhir, Managing Director, Godrej Consumer Products; Balram Singh Yadav, Managing Director, Godrej Agrovet and Sunil Kataria, Business Head, India & SAARC, Godrej Consumer Products. 07 highly potential and passionate first-year students won the fourth edition of Godrej LOUD. One among the 07 is Navonil Datta the MBA – I, Marketing student from SIBM- Pune. In addition to the sponsorship of up to INR 1.5 lakhs to help fulfill his dream. Navonil Datta also bagged a pre-placement offer for Gurukul 2016, Godrej’s summer internship programme.

Navonil Datta’s is trained in Hindustani classical music and his dream is to learn western contemporary performance at the Berklee College of Music. As a reward of winning the competition Navonil Datta will get the opportunity to fulfill his dream of attending the Music production workshop at Berklee College of Music, Boston. Mr. Datta will be travelling to the United States of America from 11th July 2016 to 20th July 2016 and Godrej has provided Rs.1.5 Lakh towards funding his dream in addition to mentoring and assistance.
