SIBM Pune hosted the campus evaluation round of Marico’s ‘Over the Wall’, a sales-based case study competition that challenged students to find the possible ‘Assortment Selling Solutions’ that could help in selling the right set of SKU’s in an outlet along with various other ways through which sales could be driven.

The competition was judged by Mr. Sanjiv Agarwal, Head – Sales Transformation & Capability, Marico Limited, who critically analysed the unique ideas each of the teams had to put forward. The solutions to the case study were presented by the three campus finalist teams, ‘Aztec’, ‘Gobblefunk’, and ‘Eveready AAA’. Their presentations were followed by a Q&A, designed specifically to test the finesse and understanding that the students developed over the course of solving the problem at hand.

 

Team ‘Eveready AAA’, comprising of Akriti Agrawal, Anirudh Shishodia and Akshat Sharma, from MBA II Marketing emerged as the campus winners. The team will now represent SIBM Pune in the National Finale !
