A thought provoking session by Mr. Balasubramanya Ramaswamy (Balu), CFO, Fidelity Business Services India Pvt Ltd was organised at SIBM Pune
Mr. Balasubramanya shared his views on personal finance and investing. He emphasized the need to have simple goals which helps in leading a satisfactory life.
He spoke about the changing concept of retirement which is increasingly becoming more related to pursuing one’s own passion later on in life. He also shared his views on the changing ways of income generation and urged students to have a passive source of income in future.
As a concluding note, he spoke about the importance of investments and persuaded the students to invest early by choosing the several options available in the market.
