What an absolutely enthralling day today, with 2 old friends and corporate stalwarts, Dr. C.Jayakumar, EVP and CHRO, Larsen & Toubro Ltd., and Mr. Manish Tiwary, Country Head, Amazon, on campus today!
Their sessions were full of personal experiences, with indications of the way the corporate world is headed, and what students must do in order to stay relevant today. The examples from their personal careers and their initial days were great pointers to the students in what to expect when they join the corporate world.. for the students, this must have been a treat! The sessions were followed by a Q and A session, with our students firing away multiple questions, and both our esteemed guests taking great efforts to satisfy them.. an overall excellent and satisfying day!
What also made it more special was the renewal and exchange of the MOU between L & T and SIBM Pune, for Executive Development Programs to be conducted by SIBM for L & T at Lonavala… this is a relationship that has blossomed since 2007… 😀!!
Our sincere thanks to both of them for taking time out especially for our students and having traveled to Pune for the same…we will look forward to more such interactions!!
