#Symbiosis has always known to be a place where all stakeholders are valued… whether it is students, parents, faculty, staff or others… and Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune is no exception!
It actually starts from the top, from our Hon’ble Chancellor, Dr Mujumdar Sir, our Pro Chancellor, Dr. Vidya Yeravdekar Mam, and my predecessor at SIBM Pune, now Vice Chancellor, Dr Ramakrishnan Raman…. and I have tried to follow in their footsteps!
At SIBM Pune, we have tried to create an environment which has more of a family feel to it… with not just students and alumni so attached, but what is so important, our own faculty and staff members who stay with us for so long! I remember in one of the regulatory body visits, the expert team was astonished to know that people want to retire from Symbiosis!! We do this in many small ways…..one of them being Birthday celebrations of all our faculty and staff, where each birthday boy or girl is expected to perform some small act 😀!! And most do it so happily!!
Today, this post is to celebrate a decade with us of 2 of our outstanding faculty members ARPITA SHARMA, Ph.D. and Dr. Sunaina Kuknor… our best wishes and congratulations to them both, and wishes for a successful and growth oriented career with us in the coming years! SIBM Pune wishes them all the very best!
