The first session was recently concluded on December 18, 2016, where our SECC student team visited the village in Lavale and conducted a session on the basics of banking and ATM transactions. A core team was responsible for designing the curriculum and organising classes in conjunction with the volunteers.
The students interacted with the residents of Lavale village, supporting and guiding them on the various topics covered which resulted in a highly engaging session. This benefited not only the participants of the session but will also have a positive impact on their families as well, as they can now impart the knowledge they have gained. SECC plans to conduct 5 more sessions to increase the awareness among the Lavale villages
