The round table was organized by them to help prepare an index which they will share with the Government of India, for mapping and evaluating inclusivity and diversity efforts in educational institutions, which will also be of help to recruiters as well.
Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, along with several other top B Schools, participated in the almost 3 hour session yesterday. We didn’t just give inputs, there were several learnings for us as well! I would just say, time well spent! And the cherry on the cake, of course, was meeting some of our alums there… there can be no better feeling!
