An absolute pleasure to visit the Amul Chocolate plant in Anand, Gujarat today !!
It was indeed interesting to see the fully automated plant, and the process of the chocolates being manufactured, totally without human intervention, in a fully automated plant… and the smell of the chocolates really evoked hunger pangs! A must see for anyone who visits this side of Gujarat 😀!! Photographs inside the plant are strictly forbidden… so unfortunately can’t share any of those!!
Learnt quite a few things today about chocolate manufacturing… just goes to prove that if one wants to, there is always something new to learn… we just need to keep an open mind !!
